Good place to hang and eat some good food. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. The prices are good for what you get. They have a lot of positive reviews for a reason.

Great atmosphere. Been living in the city of brotherly love since forever and this was my 1st time in this establishment. Don't wait as long as I did. The service was outstanding. The name of the bartender is slipping my mind, but she was excellent. The Guinness was cold and poured correctly. The food was so good that I can't come up with the words to describe how good it was. My buddy got the shepherd's pie and before I could ask for a taste it was gone. All I did was spread my mayonnaise on my bun. Looked up and his bowl was empty. True story. If you're in the downtown area and looking for that authentic feel of an Irish Pub you should definitely try this place out. Food & service was A1.

Perfectly traditional Irish Pub, right in the middle of everything! Great beer selection, $5 bar bites for happy hour (the hummus and seitan wings are both delicious vegan options)! The brunch is also excellent--try the Irish eggs Benedict with house smoked salmon over potato pancakes! Friend also rave about the burger (Angus beef, Guinness onions, Cooper sharp cheese, and optional rashers on brioche). Also, check out the Live Band Karaoke on Friday night!

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are delicious and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we pass a lovely time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Great beer on tap and bottles. Great music and variety of arts. Live band karaoke band is great. Great Irish session on Saturday and irish ballad session on Sundays. Warm and welcoming pub atmosphere.

A capital A Awesome pub. It's amazing when you find that they get it right. Something founded in the 90s that feels like it has always been there. Like a stone wheel or the sphinx. There it is. Perfect. Wouldn't change a thing. Great beers on tap. Food is perfect and authentic. Atmosphere as I said impeccable.

Better food than most of restaurant row around the corner.Get the Sheepherders Pie with a side of nachos and dip away.

My sister and I are AL tourists in town for a couple of days. Corinna, our server, was extremely helpful with food and beverage selections, which were delicious! Very convenient to our accommodations in the Lyric Building.

People who work there are super friendly, and I had the Speckled Hen(yummy!)which I haven't had in a long time. Ordered some pierogis and fish and chips, both of which were perfectly done.

Fergie's is a Philly institution. They serve delicious pub grub and offer a wide range of beers and liquors. They have two floors and feature comedy, music and poetry on the second floor.

Excellent beer selection. One of my favorite place. Service is very good. staff are attentive and friendly as well. Last weekend i came here to hangout with some friends and we enjoy a lot. Decor and interior of the bar are outstanding. I love this place.

It's nice to go to an authentic Irish pub with incredible food and a good selection of beers on tap. They even offer real shepherd's pie with ground lamb! The Irish breakfast is a must with delicious rashers, fried egg, bangers, black and white puddings, thick toast, beans, and tomato. At $13 it's probably the best value on the menu. Service is attentive and helpful when you aren't sure what to order be it food or beer. They have concerts, open mics, and more on different nights. Probably my favorite place in Center City

The best burger I have had in Phily. The place is so crowded and to some level dis-organized, but the serving ladies are so nice. They are a little bit shorthanded, but they survive. The burger was amazing.

I was honored to guest sing with the Paul Green Academy of Rock there. The venue was lovely and the staff were friendly. It's very nice for them to support young local artists.

Only had one short visit here. Average pub experience. Not bad at all and an ok selection of brews to choose from. If you like a small pub environment and a few drinks with friends, then this is a good choice.

Love the feel and Irish vibe in the heart of Philly. Try the roast beef or quiche. Great beers and wine list. Forget your first world problems, chumbawamba. And they have live music too! We just saw John Byrne just after his record release.

They have a great trivia night on Tuesdays. Solid bar food with great perigee specials and cheap drinks- order a glass of wine upstairs and be amazed.

At the first moment you enter that place team give you a great feeling. Very courteous waiters, it is a friendly restaurant to hang out with buddies or with your date. tasty cooking, qualified chef, reasonable price and nice service. Warmly recommended.

The spot is great and spacious, the meals was yummy and the prices were very inexpensive. quickly, efficient service and very affable staff members. I highly recommend this place.

First of all, the roast beef sandwich? Heaven. Delicious from start to finish, served with perfectly seasoned fries, a pickle, and a whole roast pepper. Second of all, this bar was legitimately a treat to stumble upon during a Philadelphia trip. I chose it among an assortment of bars and am glad I did. Nancy and Sylvia are two of the friendliest bartenders I've ever interacted with and I ended up staying there for several hours because I was enjoying myself so much. Nancy also makes a fantastic Old Fashioned, so take note people.Can't recommend this stop enough. Five stars easy.

Best Irish Pub in this City! The real deal. No T.V., people engaging with each other. Bar tenders and wait staff very good. Free entertainment upstairs. Much Fun to be had here! Great Pub grub(vegetarian and vegan as well) try the vegan Tacos. They blow away the competition! Great prices on food and drinks(great beer selections)

Live band on Fridays are of high quality, a guy with a trumpet who isnt even part of the band was allowed to play (because he was actually pretty good)! Very cool place to visit and stay till closing, costs of alcohol and food is typical, no parking and can get pretty crowded (but it's a fun kind of crowded).

Daytime staff acts like they've been there forever (and I mean that in a good way). Pleasant and professional, unlike so many bartenders/servers who try to act too "cool". Food was better than good. Can see myself dropping by on future visits to Philly.

Sunday comedy show at 9:00P is always fun. Food is surprisingly good. Bartender Brian is terrific.

Only one bartender on a busy busy time - Happy Hour. The bar was out of many whiskeys and liquor (apparently " no one" made a liquor store run that day...good old fashioned Pub decor in present. A2

Hellooo. This pub was recommended by a local that we met in the hot yoga class close by. Went here in the last minute before going to the airport...Quite atmosphere, super nice place, kitchen available in case your are hungry. Our bartender was awesome but I forgot her name. Perfect pub experience. Warm, cozy, antique look and feel. Wood paneling and tables actually imported from Ireland. The food is fresh, tasty and tender. Decent beer and wine list, fairly priced liquor. Only detractor is the veggies in their Shepard's pie are barely cooked. Live music on the second floor every weekend. As a long time patron, I highly recommend.

The seitan wings with the Pete's sauce are simply divine. The atmosphere is wonderful inside or in convid times outside is great. Quizzo is wonderful addition when it's offered to the meal.
